RRG Bootcamp will provide supportive coaching for stepping up your derby skills.
Bootcamp attendees should have some comfort on skates and ability to stop safely. 

Bootcamp will cover:
- Building endurance and perfecting form
- Blocking, hitting, drive-outs, and all manner of contact
- Learning different formations and strategies for game play
- Scrimmage scenarios

Each session will have a different focus and will increase in skill difficulty.

Are you looking to join RRG? If you're interested in joining the Rainier Roller Girls, your first day of Bootcamp will count towards your probationary period with the team!

Cost: $35

Dates: Mondays 6:45 (gear up) 7-9pm on skates: 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18
Thursday, 3/21 7-9pm: Bootie Graduation Party + Headshots
